In the interest of providing quality and service to you, our valued client, I am happy to announce two new exciting initiatives that will ensure that this expectation is delivered.
I am re-launching my business starting with the introduction of these initiatives.
Firstly, introducing Michelle Christie, my personal assistant. It is with great pleasure that I welcome my wife and most trusted confidante to my team.
With an extensive twenty year background in office administration, traversing several industries including management in the wholesale and retail sectors, importing and exporting, commercial property management and investment planning to name a few.
Michelle’s contribution will be invaluable in terms of her overall experience but also releasing me from administrative duties (which I was pretty average at anyway) thus ensuring the level of quality and service to you, our clients, are and should remain a top priority.
Secondly, I have acquired a software programme specially
tailored for market reporting and strategic planning.
Every month I will be submitting a full and comprehensive report with statistical data, predications, recommendations, etc that will assist greatly with selling your property.
Also every week, you will receive a current hit report detailing recent internet activity plus I will be including informative articles and information I believe you will find useful.
Results, not excuses” is our new team motto and now with the addition of Michelle working in tandem with our Market Research Centre and the software advancement, this “motto” that carries much responsibility effectively becomes more than just words but “words with feet” as well.
